• Designed and implemented major revision of clinical recordkeeping system and forms.

• Designed and implemented Quality Assurance System for multi-program agency (35 programs).
• Coordinated clinical services for 5 residential facilities and psychosocial. rehabilitation program for severe mentally ill clients.
• Prepared and implemented agency plan (including budgets).
• Developed and implemented Strategic Planning goals and objectives.
• 6 years on Executive Committee of Board of Directors: designed and implemented Long Range Planning Committee, Division of Volunteer Services, restructured 100% voluntary agency to prepare for and hire first paid Executive Director and other paid staff.
