  • 20 years of individual, family, group therapy and case management services (special populations: severe mentally ill, African-American, sexuality issues, hearing impaired, seniors, substance abusers, multi-problem disadvantaged clients).
  • 10 years supervisory work, including B.A., M.A., & Ph.D. Field Work Students (Universities of: Illinois, Chicago, Loyola, Roosevelt, Chicago State, Governors State)
  • Designed and implemented major revision of clinical recordkeeping system and forms.
